WINGS PROGRAMMING SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

  1. I hereby request a broadcast subscription to:

    ___ WINGS Weekly on CD – 13 half-hr progs per quarter . . $99* [USD]

    ___ WINGS Weekly via Pacifica Ku satellite+ – 13 half-hr progs per quarter. . .$75*

    ___ WINGS Newscasts only – 6 half-hrs (30 stories) per year on CD

    (these programs are included in the Weekly sub) . . . . $50*

    +WINGS is currently uplinked on the left channel of the Pacifica Ku-band satellite on Mondays at 4 p.m. Eastern time. Should this service be disrupted for any reason, WINGS guarantees to deliver the remainder of any paid-up quarter on CD at no additional cost. Note that WINGS receives no funding from or through the Pacifica network and reserves the right to bill independently for our content.

    TERMS UNDER WHICH WINGS IS OFFERED FOR BROADCAST:

  1. Subscribing stations may air WINGS programs and/or modules from WINGS news as often as they wish, for up to six months from the date received.
  2. If you use the entire program or excerpts from it, you must credit WINGS, the producer of the individual program, and any underwriter of the program.
  3. Subscribers or purchasers may not distribute copies of WINGS tapes for sale, free, or as premiums, without explicit permission from WINGS.
  4. Sole exception to 6-( c ): your originals of WINGS programs may be turned over to a local underwriter (e.g., university women’s center or women’s studies program) or library for archiving.
